勞動部公告：公告外國留學生、僑生或其他華裔學生，依「外國人從事就業服務法第四十六條第一項第一款至第六款工作資格及審查標準」第5條之1規定，受聘僱從事專門性或技術性工作之申請文件及核發許可程序，自113年8月3日生效 MINISTRY OF LABOR Notice is hereby given, for announcing the documents for approval and the procedure for issuing work permits for the employment of foreign students, overseas Chinese students or other ethnic Chinese students engaging in specialized or technical works pursuant to Article 5-1 of "Qualifications and Criteria Standards for Foreigners Undertaking the Jobs Specified Under Subparagraph 1 to 6 of Paragraph 1 of Article 46 of the Employment Service Act" (announcement has become effective since 3rd, August 2024)
